Venue access, lighting, weather, field position, and sport-specific restrictions may affect available shooting angles.
Multi-athlete bookings are limited to two or three athletes so each athlete receives focused and consistent coverage.

Yes. Solo Athlete Coverage is available for $175 and is designed
for parents who want dedicated game-day coverage focused on one
athlete. No additional athlete minimum is required.
Solo Athlete Coverage includes approximately 30–45 professionally
edited images. Multi-Athlete Coverage includes approximately
10–15 images per athlete. Full Team Coverage includes
approximately 50–75 images from the event overall.
Yes. A 15–30 second vertical highlight video may be added to
eligible bookings for $75. The $225 Athlete Spotlight package
includes Solo Athlete Coverage and one vertical social video.
Limiting coverage to two or three athletes allows VC Photography
to track each athlete more intentionally and deliver stronger,
more consistent game-day images.
Playing time is outside the photographer’s control. Every
reasonable effort will be made to photograph your athlete while
actively participating, but a specific image count cannot be
guaranteed when playing time is limited.
If an athlete is injured, removed from play, or unable to
continue participating, VC Photography may be unable to deliver
the typical estimated image count.
Yes. Full Team Coverage is designed to document the overall event,
including competition, sidelines, celebrations, and atmosphere.
It does not guarantee equal coverage or a specific number of
images for every athlete.
Finished images are delivered through an organized online gallery
where they can be viewed, downloaded in high resolution, and
shared.
